F/T Custodian/Janitor
Monday - Friday ~11:30am-8:00pm
Custodian/Janitor needed to perform cleaning & light maintenance duties for our offices & garage buildings.
Mon-Fri. Modified 2nd shift (11:30am-8:00pm. – schedule may have some flexibility-to be determined upon hire)
Requires a RELIABLE, conscientious & self-motivated person with the following:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience required with attention to detail
- Motivation/initiative to work independently and complete scheduled tasks in a timely manner
- Takes pride in their work and the appearance of our buildings
- Able to follow a daily schedule
- Able to pass a physical and drug screen
Qualified candidate must be RELIABLE and be able to perform essential cleaning duties necessary for the upkeep of the office & garage buildings, which totals approximately 19,000 sq ft (extensive wet floor mopping, emptying trash, dusting, sweeping, etc.) and also have the aptitude and physical ability to perform minor maintenance duties (changing overhead light bulbs & ceiling tiles, etc).
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma preferred
PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES: Must be able to: • Bend/stoop, squat and reach above shoulder height occasionally • Lift and carry up to 15 pounds frequently • Lift and carry between 10 and 25 pounds occasionally • Do repetitive actions including grasping, pushing/pulling, climbing ladder/stairs, balancing, crouching, crawling, twisting/turning, feeling • Use head and neck in static position, flexing, and rotating frequently. PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT: Position encompasses two buildings. Must work in all types of weather, but mostly indoors. Exposure to hazards include: working on ladders or high places, exposure to the chemicals in industrial cleaners.
MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT: wet/dry mop, wet and dry vacuum, small hand tools

Part-Time Receptionist
Monday - Friday ~ 12:30pm-4:30pm
We are seeking a P/T Receptionist. (20 hours per week without fringe benefits)
Duties to include: Answering phones, greeting guests, data entry, filing/scanning, and performing various other clerical duties and office errands. Preferred applicant should be able to multi-task, have previous office experience, strong verbal communication skills, computer data entry skills, reliable attendance.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
